Tests before Surgery

Please do these tests nearby pathology lab and come to clinic with reports.so that surgery can be planned immediately.You can also mail your reports to - elegancecosmeticclinic.surat@gmail.com. If after a clinical checkup - if doctor recommends any other extra tests, they can be performed in our adjacent lab.

Mandatory Report 

1. Hemogram with ESR
2. HBA1C
3. Serum Creatinine
4. Urine Routine and Microscopic
5. PT, INR
6. HIV,HBsAg,HCV
7. Chest X ray-PA view ( Kids betweeon 0-15 years) if cough present
8. ECG ( Hypertensive patients)
9. Pediatrician's Medical fitness report (Age-0-18years)

Special case can required by following report

1. 2 D Echo with Cardiac color doppler( IHD and Hypertensives)
2. Physician's Medical fitness report for procedure under local/general anesthesia
